Meet Our Founders

Anthony and Bryan bring the perfect balance of analytical precision and entrepreneurial drive to real estate investing. Backgrounds in private equity and financial analysis, in addition to 20+ years of hands-on real estate experience, give them the expertise to identify, structure, and execute for clients.

Anthony Loffredo

Anthony is a seasoned financial expert and real estate investor with a strong private equity and hedge fund auditing background. He is a CPA and a graduate of Hofstra University, and he built his career by auditing multi-million-dollar investment funds before transitioning to real estate full-time.

In 2016, Anthony founded Stress Free Homebuyer, successfully flipping and developing 150+ properties with over $19 million in sales and an average return of 19%. Anthony resides in New York with his wife and three children, continuing to leverage his expertise to help investors build long-term wealth through strategic real estate investments.

As an active member of the Long Island Builders Institute and a committee member of their charitable division, Long Island Builders Care, he is dedicated to both business growth and community impact.

Bryan Karp

Bryan has established himself as Long Island’s #1 real estate agent by units and volume, selling over 2,000 homes and more than $500 million in residential real estate in just the last five years. Recognized as the #2 agent in New York State for residential transactions, he has earned numerous accolades, including Long Island Pulse Magazine’s Power Broker and Suffolk County’s #1 Agent (Long Island Business News).

Beyond sales, Bryan is a dedicated investor and entrepreneur, managing a personal rental portfolio of 19 properties (49 units) with no debt, co-owning Gold Coast Property Management, and serving as a hard money lender. He is also the founder of the real estate sales training course “Illiterate Millionaire” and co-creator of the reality show “The Real Estate Protégé.”

Bryan’s work in philanthropy, including numerous Karp Family Fundraisers and giveaways to nonprofits, has earned him an Outstanding Community Service Award and Town of Brookhaven’s Business of the Month award. He resides in New York with his wife and two children.
